I want every person who makes a fundraising ask on behalf of your organization, staff, board chair, lead volunteer, to record a short video of themselves making their best major donor pitch. Three minutes. Don't rehearse. Just give me your real ask.

I'm not comparing people to each other. I'm listening for whether your organization is telling one coherent story, or several different ones.
Videos are visible only to your Devy consultant. They will never be shared with other members of your organization without your explicit permission.
